Shipping & Returns

We ship to Switzerland and to the European Union. We may add further regions in the future; if we do, the list will appear at checkout.

Switzerland: shipping is free. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.

European Union: shipping is included in the euro price. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 working days from dispatch. Import VAT and any customs charges are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Orders placed before 20 September 2026 are preorders: they are paid for at checkout and ship from 20 September 2026. From that date onwards, we dispatch within five working days of order confirmation.

You will receive a separate notification with tracking details (where available) when your parcel ships.

For EU customers, parcels are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import VAT and a small handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery, payable in addition to the purchase price and shipping. Rates depend on your country of residence and are set by the carrier; we have no influence over them.

Refusing the parcel at delivery in order to avoid these charges does not entitle you to a full refund — see "Returns" below for the procedure.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the piece to change your mind. To exercise this right, write to team@sanmarvelle.com with your order number; we will reply with return instructions.

The piece must be returned unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging and any tags intact. Pieces showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for refund.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund pieces that do not reach us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping fee) within 14 days, to the original payment method.

If a piece arrives with a defect, write to team@sanmarvelle.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs. Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law are not affected by this notice period.
